Stewart Terrace is conveniently located near Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, NY. The base is home to the 105th Airlift Wing, which has a long history of serving New York State and Orange County. The unit has played a significant role in various humanitarian, wartime, and peacetime operations, from Vietnam to Hurricane Katrina.
